SKOONHEID :: An Oliver Hermanus feature film

CHOSEN BY JOHN TRENGOVE

Skoonheid (Beauty) by Oliver Hermanus was a big turning point for me. It showed me what kind of films we could (and should) be making in South Africa. It completely changed my way of thinking about what I wanted to do. My first film, The Wound, would not exist if it wasn't for Skoonheid.
